IQ's History
IQ Healthcare Solutions was created
in 1997 with distinct focus points; execution,
utilize our extensive industry relationships and deliver
intelligent
solutions to our customers and partners in the healthcare
industry. We are a results oriented company, concentrating
our efforts in the hard to reach smaller rural markets. We proved we were committed to these focus points by
becoming the leader in the Rocky Mountain territory
for Medical Capital Equipment sales for the #1 U.S.
Medical Equipment manufacture. Our capital equipment
sales and consulting practice grew from $5 million
in business in 1998 to over $70 million in 2003.
We have always paid close attention to our
relationships, both with our customers and our partners
whom we represent. IQ Healthcare Solutions keeps growing and winning because
we bring incremental results and intelligent value
to these relationships.

IQ started out by selling Medical Capital & Diagnostic
Imaging Equipment to smaller rural and entrepreneur
markets. This market is usually overlooked, but we
have become entrenched in this market. We have long
standing relationships with those key decision makers.

think out of the box to help our customers bring the
best medical care to their communities at the most
affordable rate. We live where our customers live and

Executive Bios
Rex Tucker – CEO & President, Principal
Rex began his sales and business management career
with Toshiba in 1978, where he served as their regional
manager for four years. Rex continued his sales planning
career with GEMS from 1981-1995. Rex moved into a
more strategic sales management position with OEC
in 1995. Rex is from Ogden, Utah and earned his Bachelors
Degree in Economics from Utah State. Rex also got
his R.T. in Ultrasound and worked as a Radiology
Technician for 8 years before joining GE Medical
Systems in 1981. Rex brings over 20 years of Medical
Imaging Sales leadership to the business from GE,
OEC Medical and Toshiba. Rex was the leading GE Salesperson
for two years in a row and has been a leader in every
organization he has been with. More importantly,
Rex is a devoted father to three girls, an avid Harley
rider and loves anything to do with being outside
in the mountain air.
Jeff Kilman - Vice President Sales & Marketing,
Principal
Jeff joined IQ Healthcare Solutions in 2001 after
ten years crafting his marketing knowledge with companies
like Procter & Gamble and Pepsi North America.
As a National Account Manager, Jeff handled multi-year
negotiations with key customers in excess of $80
million dollars each. Jeff trained, recruited and
managed key account managers for both companies in
the Southeast with over 20 reps reporting into him.
After two years of being in the top three medical
sales reps for our #1 partner, Jeff became National
Sales Manager for IQ in 2003 and took an equity position
in the company as our third owner.
